   I filled out the whole questionairre and click submit, it tells me the page you are looking for doesn’t exist…Guess they’ve all been given out? Why wouldn’t it say so before starting the survey??

   i got one of these last year during a similar promotion. Be very careful with this product. Make sure you read the instructions, use distilled water, and don’t overdo it!! Just a heads up.

   I didn’t complete the form to order last time because I thought it was too time consuming. Did everyone enter their doctor’s information?

     It said that you could just put NA if you didn’t have the information, so that’s what I did

   No, not at all. There was an alert/warning to use only distilled/boiled tap water.
