A few months back, I started to have breakouts. Here I was at 36 and the first time, dealing with breakouts. I learned they were exercise induced breakouts. Apparently, I sweat alot! I feel your pain on breaking out at 36, I didn’t start breaking out until I turned 40 and 3 years later I still break out.
