I have gone to 2 different stores to do the Keri lotion deal and both times the manager tells me that they can not take the $2 coupon because they are not allowed to adjust the coupon down to 99 cents. I even showed them their coupon policy printed from their website and they would not take it. I called 1-800-RITE-AID and the rep I spoke to read me the same policy (In the event that any item’s selling price is less than the value of the coupon, Rite Aid will accept the coupon in exchange for the selling price of the item. Coupon redemption can never exceed the selling price of an item and no cash back is allowed.) I showed the store and then told me the store couldn’t take a $2 coupon for a 99 cent item. Has anyone else had this problem or am I not understanding something?

  We haven’t used check marks in about 6 months. Instead we sort out by Best Deals at the top – ones that are at buy price.
