I was confused at first and thought you meant the offer was available for only new Living Social members, but from the other comments, it seems you meant new Sam’s Club members. Might want to clarify.

  Fine print from the deal states that new member is defined as someone who does not currently have a valid membership. The voucher is good until June 18th 2013 so if your membership expires before then, you should be good to go.
