This week starts Balance Rewards. Your rewards will track on your receipt. This will allow you to see what rewards you have earned/used on your receipt. Also, they have a cardless option – just using your phone number.
Some key things to be aware of:
Earning Points:
- Balance Rewards Members will be offered promotions which will award Points with the purchase of specified products and/or services from a Participating Store during the promotion period (“Point Promotions”).
- Point Promotions will not apply to rain check items purchased after the promotion has ended.
- Points will not be earned in a transaction where Redemption Dollars or Store Credit is used.
Redeeming Points:
When purchasing items and/or services at a Participating Store, Member may choose to either redeem earned Points or continue saving Points to use on a future purchase of items and/or services.
If Member elects to redeem earned Points, the Points will be converted into Redemption Dollars and the value of the Redemption Dollars will be
deducted from the total price of the Member’s purchase of items and/or services from a Participating Store. Earned Points are converted into Redemption
Dollars in five (5) tiers:
- (1) 5,000 points = $5
- (2) 10,000 points =$10
- (3) 18,000 points =$20
- (4) 30,000 points =$35
- (5) 40,000 points =$50
Redemption Dollars will not be paid out in cash or Store Credit.

Thanks for the info Ruth
The Balance Rewards program worked without a flaw for me today.
—One question that I had is if the points accumulate if you buy more than one item that is offering the balance rewards. It does add up the points, I bought 7 Mitchum deodorant and received 7000 points in one transaction.
—Another one of my concerns was if you redeem the points in a transaction, will the register rewards print? I bought 2 Gillette razors, used 5000 points that I had accumulated and did receive the 10.00 RR.
—There was a post that stated that the points take 3-5 days to appear on your card but it appears right away and you can use it in the next transaction.
—I wasn’t used to scanning the card at the beginning of each transaction but the manager did the transaction over again so I could get the points added to my card.
—So far, I’m loving this new program, the best thing is that you can buy multiple items at once which is offering balance points and you will receive the points which saves me a lot of time. During my visit, I accumulated 20000 points plus register rewards and used only 5000. I’m sure they will tweak the program because right now it is great for couponers.
