Im stunned that anyone at RiteAid would say they dont take IP coupons. When I go to RA the first thing I do is scan my Wellness card, then offer up the 5/25 coupon, then my manufacturers coupons, and then any RiteAid coupons I may have. Thats 4 different types of deductions on one transaction. The policy even tells you that you can use coupons on free items, ie BOGO's. I would print out the policy and tell them to get with the program.
