The $10 UPR wyb $30 participating products appears to not be printing right now. I have had several people email me that they did not get their UPR. Also, it appears as maybe the compacts may not be included in the Airwicks sale (i.e. they are ringing up full price)
I wouldn’t return anything just yet if you already purchased, but definitely call Rite Aid customer service if you did not get your UPR.

I got two Fresh water Ultras and one Vanilla Ultra. The Vanilla rang up 50% without my wellnesss card at $6.49 while the Fresh water came up 50% after my card was scanned at $6.74 each.
I just came home and noticed that mine did not print out…what do I do? I spent well over the $30 before coupons.

Mine did not print out as well and I spent $32 for 4 finish ($5.49) and 2 Airwick Compact i-motion ($4.49). If the Compact is not included then I will have to return everything but how will that effect the up+ rewards that I used to pay for them?

Well you would just get cash back, but hold off on anything until you can find out for sure from customer service.

I bought well over the $30. 2 Finish quantumatic kits @ 5.49 each, 2 AW Ult imotion kits @ 6.99 each, 1 Lysol Neutrair freshmatic kits @6.49 and 2 AW mini freshmatic kits @4.99. If I didn’t get it there must be a problem. Have to wait til Monday for customer service to be in.

Yeah I think we can assume its not working, you definitely hit the dollars. The good thing is they have to be aware of it if its happening to everyone.
I’m starting to think it’s not a +UPR at all–probably some type of gift card or credit they are supposed to give you in store. You would think, however, that they would be prepared for this!

Hmm that would be odd, since i have never seen rite aid do anything like that before. It says $10 off your next purchase so that would make me believe its an UPR.
The assitant manager I talked to did not think it was a UPR and was like a said it would specifically say that but of course she needed to talke to the manager. She thought it was some kind of certificae or something we would get. I guess we will see when we talk to customer services. Thanks for posting the update Shannon, glad I’m not the only one.
I bought 3 Finish Quantimatics and 3 of the airwick compact i-motions and they were all 1/2 off. My total was over $30 but the $10 reward did not print. The manager was super nice and just gave me a $10 refund since she did not know what else to do. In the ad it does say mini i-motions and the signs on the shelf say mini when referring to the compact i-motions so they should be included in the deal!

About the compact imotions – they are a part of the deal, but are not ringing up 1/2 price in some areas
i did not get it either – my compact airwick came up half price, so i am hoping it counted toward my upreward – management was nice, they just said that there is no one to contact until tuesday, so i will try then!
I purchased 2 Lysol Bowl Cleaners, FInish Quantumatic, 2 Airwick Ultra IMOTion Kits and one airwick Ultra FreshMatic Kit.. Totaling 30.69 before Tax, everything rang up at 50% off but I did not get any +Up coupons. When I asked the teller and the manager had no idea what I was talking about. When I referenced the circular they were just as clueless. The manager told me to come back tomorrow when a more experienced manager would be in the store. I will update you with the results of this meeting. This isn’t the first time the computer didn’t do what was expected and the managers and staff had no clue what to do about it. If it weren’t for these great freebies and deals I would stop going to rite aid. I thought maybe it was just mine, but it sounds like it’s across the board. Updates to come..
The circular is not clear since it does not say that a up reward will be printed. Just say save $10 your next purchase.
I purchase over $30 in merchandise and did not get any up rewards neither. The manager said there was nothing they could do since it didn’t mention any up rewards or rebate. Very confusing.
She suggested that I call the corporation on Tuesday and find out what to do.

The compacts are included in the sale.. mine rang up sale price and the ad says airwick “mini” and when I purchased the compact my receipt read airwick mini as well.
According to the display sign at the store an UPR should have printed. When I spoke to the manager she advised me to call customer service on Tuesday since she was not able to reach anyone today and I had spent $30+ and all items were on the ad. The manager was very helpful!
I did this deal twice today (on different cards), aware that the UPR wasn’t printing (sd has been buzzing about it since the sale started in SoCal on Thursday). I pointed it out in both stores and the first said call cs on Tuesday, but the second (manager) just gave me $10 off my second transaction. I’m sure it’s not what they intended, but it worked out for everyone. Also, I hope this isn’t a preview of next week – there are 2 similar offers with J&J and Kimberly Clark.
The manager at my store says either it was supposed to be an UP reward but theres a glitch OR it could be a reward that they mail to the address that is tied to your wellness card. It can’t be an SCR because it wouldn’t be an OYNO! Guess we will find out on tuesday!

My compact did come up at 50% off. I did not, however, get the UPR. I spoke to the mgr at the store (actually 2 stores b/c I’ve got 2 cards at my disposal and had the same problem both times). The one is working on a solution and the other called me and said to drop by for a $10 gift card. This same thing happened last week when I took advantage of the buy $50 worth of Olay etc. and get a $15 reward. They wound up giving me $15.90 in cash. I think the problem lies in the multiple products – I don’t think their system is quite on board with grouping that stuff together for the UPRs. I always get my UPRs so it’s odd that these are the only times I did not and they were both aggregate UPRs.

OK. Kinda new to this still. I purchased well over the $30 needed, but, it was in 2 transactions (only because we figured out this was just too good of a deal to pass up and my mother & I went back to the store after finding more coupons) and I did not get a UPR, so, I am assuming that you have to do this in one transaction? Is that correct?

Yes you must do it in one transaction.
Same thing happened to me last week with the $15 UPR deal.. They need to figure it out, it is really upsetting loyal customers
Update:
Customer Service states that it will print in the NEXT transaction AFTER the $30. SO if you go and spend .50 on m&m’s today.. it will print. They claim it’s a glitch but it does print the transaction AFTER the $30 transaction.
I will be testing this today and will let you know.. After 1pm EST check back and I’ll let you know if the coupon printed.
I went back and talked to the manager and she also passed me off to customer service so I had to call .. fyi, I will not be going back to that store ever again. But the customer Service lady on the phone was so pleasant.
I called Rite Aid customer service and they are mailing me a +UPR! Yay! It’s annoying that it didn’t print but I’m happy to have it resolved!
I went back to Rite Aid and bought a SOBE (B1G1 coupon) and the $10 did not print. I called customer service back and they are mailing me my $10 Reward (2-3 week delivery time).

It worked! I decided to go give it a try just to see… and it worked. Here is what I bought… 1 Lysol bathroom cleaner ($2.50), 1 Resolve carpet cleaner ($2.50), 1 Ultra Imotion (6.99), 2 NeutraAir (13.99), 1 Ultra Freshmatic (6.49), and one orange soda for my daughter. Total: $33.81.

Total: 10.80 (+ $10 UP+ Reward)
I did not plan on the cleaning supplies so I had no coupons for that, I also did not plan on the orange soda.
