FYI–The St. Joseph rebate is NOT going through. I shopped/submitted on Sunday and my Oreo/Nabisco rebate got applied but not the St. Joseph advertised.

I did really well at RA this week, thanks to FTM. I got the Crest, St. Joseph Asprin (with a bonus travel pack attached), 2 Kendal bandages, 2 Kendal alcohol wipes, 1 pack of screws, 1 pack of thumbtacks and 1 microfiber cloth pack. The total will be $0.80 plus a little bit of tax, after SCR. I rolled +UPR and used a $0.75 q towards the Crest. Hoping that it will actually be a MM if the St. Joseph’s SCR goes through.

Glad to see I’m not the only one who had issues w/ Rite Aid! I gave up on them. EVERY time I went there was a problem, whether they were out of stock, or the cashier wouldn’t take a coupon because the register beeped or the register didn’t ring correctly per the ad. I always heard there is nothing I can do. They would never let me speak to the manager either. She was always with a vendor (never knew a vendor came before a customer!) I only shop at CVS now. Eventually, all the deals are at each of the drugstores. I patiently wait and get what I need from the place who not only gives you a month to use your extrabucks, but knows how to treat customers!

I unfortunately don’t have many options. Rite Aid 3 miles – CVS 21 miles, Wags – really far. Unless there are a bunch of deals, driving 42 miles for one or two freebies defeats the purpose. It really stinks, but I have to get back to Rite Aid.

Oh that is a bummer. I have CVS’s, Walgreens and Riteaids in all directions. I guess I should count myself lucky then, because I would get so stressed out after shopping there and am so very happy I don’t have to anymore.

I guess I’m spoiled. I have 2 Weis, 2 Giant, 2 Rite Aid and 3+ CVS all within about 5 miles! But no Target close.

I got two powerades that were .88 each and two microfiber auto towels which rang up .79 each(there were no sale tags, shelf price was $3.59 I think), used the RA july video coupon for $1.50/2 for the powerades, used $1UPR, paid $.84 OOP and got back (2) $2 UPR for the microfiber towels.

I called corporate yesterday morning and spoke with a young gentle man he said, “Oh this must be a misprint. Let me transfer you to the rebate department.” The young lady I spoke with said, “No, you are supposed to see the rebate booklet. This is not a misprint and WE WILL NOT HONOR THE REBATE.” All I can say this is very misleading!!! It should have NEVER been printed in the ad if they’re not going to HONOR THE REBATE.

what do you mean? The rebate went thru for me.
Shannon says
oh sorry , I see you mean St. Joseph ..

My RA shopping trip this week was a disaster. They were out of Softsoap, the Raisin Bran q didn’t work with that size cereal, and we really messed up the Conair UPR. My daughter and I carefully picked up enough to get us just over $10 only to find out with my 250 points and my 10% discount, we came up $.50 short. So I returned the Scrunci/Conair and got a raincheck for soap.
Holly says
Oh and I left a UPR expire. Thankfully just 1.

Ouch.
