I had a nice surprise at Rite Aid this morning. The Periobalance regular price at my store was $25.99. I have a 20% discount, so my scenario looked like this:
Periobalance $20.79
use $5.00/1 Periobalance Printable
Pay $15.79
Get $20.00 UPR
Free + overage
You will have a small moneymaker with the 10% off too! It is free without a discount.

Shannon says
Vanessa no.

This also counts for the Oral Care $5 UPR (on $25, I think). I knew I wouldn’t spend nearly enough to get it, so I didn’t pay any attention until the extra UPR printed out. If you’ve bought ANY dental stuff over the last month or so, this should put you over the top.

Sarah and Laurel, with the wellness card, if you spent $1,000 (before coupons) over the year’s time, you will have a 20% discount every time you use your wellness card regardless of the item. However, if the sales price is cheaper than what you’d get with your 20% discount, then you’d get the sales price; if the 20% discount price is cheaper, that price overrides the sale price. IE: If you have the 20% discount and the regular price of something is $5 and is on sale for $4.50, then you’d get it for $4 because that’s lower than the sales price. If the regular price is $5 and is on sale for $3.50, then you’d get the item for $3.50 because the sales price is the lowest. If you go to Rite Aid.com and read up on the wellness card benefits, it explains how you reach the $1,000 and the benefits in addition to the discount. Hope this helps you.

What 20% discount is this?
Sarah says
unfortunately couldn’t find it at my store.

24.99 at my store. Just an FYI…

Jillian,
$24.99 shelf price at your store/.. $24.99 is sales price everywhere, but the shelf price – the discount overrides the sales price.
Amanda says
Shelf price was $24.99 at my store as well (Michigan), it rang up at $19.99 with my 20% discount.
