   I purchased the deal today, 6 Nivea lip balm and I used three 3.00 off coupons but I did not receive the 5.00 UP reward. Still a good deal but I was disappointed.

     Definitely call RA so they can send you the $5 UPR. I purchased 6 different varieties and they all were included in this reward.

   How do you find out about all the monthly UPR’s? I couldn’t locate it on their website

     They do not advertise monthly rewards. Most of us read about them on these websites or see them in the stores on shelf tags. I emailed RA about this and they confirm they do not advertise the monthly deals.

     This is a monthly reward which is not in flyers or on their site. There would be a shelf tag in the store under the item
