I went to Rite Aid last night for two separate transactions. I did not get the $10 UPS so I called customer service today. They need 48 hrs to see the transaction, so I have to call again tomorrow.
I also did not receive a $3/$15 survey on the bottom of either receipt. I asked about this and the customer service rep said that the limit is 6 TOTAL per wellness card! Has anyone heard of this? Is is new? I have received this on the bottom of every receipt for months and months.
Shannon says
Kymm,
That is just not true. I have received WAY more than 6!
Erin says
I went to Rite Aid today and purchased one Pull-Ups and one diaper pack in my first transaction. I completed my second transaction with 2 diaper packs but the UP reward did not print out on the receipt. My cashier asked the manager and he said that it takes about 6 minutes for the computer to register the transactions. I had to return my 2 diaper packs and rebuy them and then the UP reward printed out. I read above that some people were being told to call about the UP reward not printing but maybe it is just a matter of waiting 5-10 minutes for the computer to track. Good luck!
Brooke says
I went today to get my diapers and did this:
bought 3 huggies jumbo packs @ 8.97
bought 1 pack of huggies wipes @ 6.97
Total $33.88
used 3/$2 off 1 huggies Little Snugglers coupons
used 1/$1 off wipes
used 2/$1 off video bonus coupons
used 1/$1 off June video values coupon
Paid $23.88 and received $10 UPR
I planned to do a second transaction and just buy 3 huggies jumbo packs @ $8.97, assuming I would have $3.88 carryover from my first transaction (since I spend $33.88) which would bring my total Kimberly Clark purchase for my second transaction to $30.97, but the bottom of my receipt says my $30 Kimberly Clark $10+UP total is only $0.01.
I have never had an issue doing this in the past when the limit is 2 UPRs. Any idea why only $0.01 tracked instead of $3.88?
Thanks!!
carrie says
does anyone know how many times i can spend $30 and get the $10 Kimberly Clark money back? Is there a limit?
Shannon says
2
joah says
Does anyone know when the 10.00 UPR for Kimberly Clark ends?
Shannon says
Saturday.
Jessica says
Does anyone know if the Pure & Natural diapers are included in the sale/UPR scenarios? I didn’t get the ad this week so I wasn’t sure…
jiggi says
Yes they are included. I bought them today with the purchase and got $2.50 off. The only thing is they are less diaper in a package than a regular diaper.
I also used two of my wellness video $1 coupons for non prescription items along with huggies video coupon for $1.
turned out to be a good deal.
Anu says
if anyone has riteaid survey coupon and not using pl.s send it to me it will be helpful for me @ anu.sourabha@gmail.com
thanks

Here is a scenario for WIPES only..i think good wipes deals are harder to come by so here is what i did:
This deal requires 2 survery coupons and 2 separate transactions.
Transaction #1:
buy (2) 216 ct packages of huggies natural care wipes
cost: $6.97 ea, $13.94 total
use $3 off $15 purchase survery coupon (you will have to purchase another item for at least $1.06 to make it to $15)
use $1/2 huggies wipes 60 ct or larger
total: $9.94
Transaction #2:
buy (2) 360 ct boxes of huggies natural care wipes (Tunkhannock Rite Aids didnt have these, had to go to the bigger Rite Aid in Dallas)
cost: $8.97 ea, $17.94 total
use $3 off $15 purchase survery coupon
use $1/2 huggies wipes 60 ct or larger
use $1 off non-rx purchase video values coupon
total: $12.94
total for both transactions: $22.88 and you will get a $10 UP reward, total for purchase: $12.88 for 1152 wipes or $0.011 cents ea
Emily says
I see two comments above that this is not working if you do it in two separate transactions. Has anyone successfully broken up their $30 and still gotten the UPR? Just curious if it is tracking for most people.
Emily W says
FYI- I went to Rite Aid this afternoon and the Kimberly Clark was tracking just fine for me. Bought my Huggies in 2 transactions and got my $10 reward. Going back to do it again tomorrow. Ironically, this is the first time I have EVER wanted to use more than 4 of the same coupon in one Rite Aid trip. Oh well, the super cheap diapers are definitely worth a trip back! =)
Adi says
This is how my transaction went.
bought 3 huggies jumbo packs @ 8.97
bought 1 pack of huggies wipes @ 6.97
Total $33.88
Used 3/$3 off 1 huggies printable
used 1/.75 cents off wipes
used $3 off $15 survey coupon
used 3/$1 off video coupon(I registered each individual in my households and printed for each account)
used $10 up reward from previews week.
TOTAL: $8.13 plus tax/ out of pocket $10.31 and got another $10 up reward and another survey code.
$2.57 a piece final price!!! SWEET!!!
Kristy says
Does anyone know if you can print the survey coupon more than once? I did notice the coupon said that the barcode would be deactivated once its scanned but not sure if that is really true? I only have one survey coupon left to use, guess Im getting desperate :)
Shannon says
No they are one time use only.
robin says
rite aid says that you can only use ONE survey coupon per transaction…
Richelle says
At my local Riteaid, they let me use more than 1 survey receipt coupons in a single transaction, so long as the transaction is worth as many coupons as I am using. (For example, if I am using 2 survey coupons–each good for $3 off a $15 purchase, then my total before tax needs to be at least $30). YMMV, but worth asking about to save the headache of multiple transactions.
Rikki says
Is anyone having problems with this deal tracking, I did 2 separate transactions so I could use 2 of the survey coupons and it didn’t print out the 10 UP, the cashier said to call customer service on Tuesday because it should have tracked ?????
jillian says
Me too! I spent the 30 and did not get my UPR! Somad, i have to call customer service tuesday.
Shannon W says
Please help- I am new to this- where are the surveys?
TIA
Shannon says
Shannon,
You get them on the bottom of your receipt.
AJinnette says
The survey coupons aren’t printing on my receipts anymore. Is that happening to anyone else?
Heather says
i’ve heard that you only can use 3 surveys a month….i’ve used two this month but have two more reciepts with surveys on them..i am thinking it was because i did another transaction where i didnt use a survey coupon..as far as if it will work when i enter the number for both..idk..but as shannon said on here up above if it doesnt work i will try to clear my cookies or use a different browser
angela says
I have huggies coupons that expire today, this deal doesnt start until tomorrow right?
Shannon says
right unless you are in Southern California.
angelia says
starts tomorrow right?
Emily says
I am so excited about this deal! I’m pretty sure I know the answer to this question, but I just have to double check before I do it. If I want to do this scenario a second time for a second $10 UPR, I can use the first $10 UPR to pay without a problem, right?. I know this shouldn’t be a problem like at Walgreens, but for some reason I just need someone else to confirm that before I risk my $10 UPR. Thanks!
Rachel says
yes- unlike walgreens you can use your $10 up to pay for your same items (as long as your not into the tax). and if you are getting the message that you can not do any more surveys clear your cookies or download (for free) mozilla foxfire or google crome and do them there). :-)
carol says
I am having trouble with the $3/$15 coupon. It says I reached my limit for the month. I tried 3 different times with 3 different receipts. I really appreciated these coupons, too!
Sarah B says
Do you have access to another computer? Sometimes clearing your cookies or using a different browser works too
Liz says
Melinda-
I ran into the same problem but I just entered my code that was denied last month and it works now that it is June 1. It must have reset. HTH! :-)
Bev says
your second transaction only comes to $13.94, so without a filler you cannot complete this transaction with the $3 off a $15 purchase
Christy says
There is also a $2 coupon for Pull Ups here http://www.pull-ups.com/na/pullups_coupons.aspx
Mel says
Don’t you have to buy one swimmer and one diaper together? Because two swimmers are under $15 and you wouldn’t be able to use the survey, right?
Shannon says
yes yes.. Sorry!
Mel says
No problem! I’ve gone over this deal so manny times I think I’ll probably be dreaming about it : )
Shannon says
LOL I wrote it at 6 am in the car. I did the total math but wasnt thinking when I broke it down.. Dreaming about it ROFL
melinda says
what are survey coupons and how do I get them???
