     Unfortunately, I don’t believe the monthly ($3 +UP) and weekly ($3 +UP) are National. I purchased 4 (2) Halloween Glo Pumpkin Nail Enamel $2.99 BOGO 50% and only received (2) $3 +UPs. I spoke with RiteAid customer service and the rep told me that I was to only receive (2) $3 +UPs for purchasing the 4 Glo Pumpkins. According to the CS rep I spoke with, if the Monthly +UP was a National program, she would have been able to see it as a program available for my RiteAid. I wasn’t showing in her system; therefore, it wasn’t available at my store. I’m bummed!!!! If anyone knows differently and can provide me with more information, I would appreciate it. Thanks!
