In addition to the $3 UPR you will also get (2) $2 UPR (monthly deal) making it free after UPR. This is only valid thru 12/4/12.
Here is your deal:

Get (1) $3 UPR wyb 2
Get (2) $2 UPR wyb 1 (ends 12/4) (note this is a month long UPR – if you already did the deal, it won’t print again)
Free after UPR
Don’t forget to get your coupons together for FREE Axe at Rite Aid too!
laurie says
you must buy 6 total at one time to get the monthly and the weekly. once you get past the weekly then you get the monthly of $ 2 per bottle per dan at customer service monthly deals ( monthly rewards are only good every 63 days )(once you hit your limit on the monthly) still running offer till jan 1st.

Got the same response as Melissa when I called early this morn. Those in AL and PA were lucky. It was limited to 48 stores and mine in CA didn’t participate in that monthly promo.
I forgot to ask the CSR if I’ve already used my +UPR, will I have difficulty returning the detergents?
(For abt $2.30 ea, I could do better at cvs)
melissa says
OK… just got off the phone with Rafael at customer service and he said that only 48 of their stores were doing the monthly promotion. Mine is not one of those, but maybe other people will still have some luck. Who knows… Also, the weekly UP reward will “override” the monthly, so you have to meet the weekly requirements first and then go above and beyond that to get the monthly. OK… I needed laundry detergent anyway, so I guess $2 a bottle isn’t terrible.

I went to RA in OH last night to try this out & I only received the $3 UPR. Thanks for all great deals you let us know about!!
Liz says
I purchased 2 and only got the three, customer service through phone told me if I go back and purchased 2 more it should then give me the 3 up and two 2 ups because you have to use all weekly deals before getting the monthly rewards. I had not bought any previosly this month. She said you will get weekly ups before the monthly ones.
melissa says
She said below, though, you could only do the posted deal once… does anyone know the limits on the weekly or monthly UPs?
Anonymous says
Thanks for posting! I went just now in CA and bought 2, received only 1 $3UPR. Has anyone tried buying a total of 4 and received the monthly UPRs? I might go again tomorrow if it works…

Did not work for me in MD. I bought 2 liquid for sensitive skin and only received the $3 upr. Have not done this deal previously, since I only just started back at Rite Aid after a few years break. Also, the upr’s now just automatically add/go to your card, so you don’t have to keep up with them anymore. They also automatically deduct from your next purchase. Don’t know if I like that or not. H a!
Vicky Davis says
You can opt out of the UPR’s loading to your card. Ask a cashier about it at the store.
lynb says
Will do, Vicky. Thanks so much for the heads up.
Maggie says
Lynb – I would suggest option out of having them load to your card. A few weeks ago I went to Rite Aid and had quite a few coupons that would reduce my total out of pocket quite a bit. Instead, all of the UPR’s loaded to my card automatically were deducted. I ended up losing about $6 in UP’s that I shouldn’t have had to use IF I had been able to use coupons BEFORE the UPR’s were deducted.
Steph says
If you have them scan all the items and coupons before you give them your rewards card, the coupons will deduct before the UP rewards and you will only use the UP rewards necessary.. or opt out.

Didn’t work for me this afternoon, and this is the first I’ve shopped at Rite Aid in a long time
Alexis says
Not working in Havertown =[
Colleen says
GRRRR…this is why I always kick myself after trying to shop at Rite Aid. :( I called customer service tonight (of course, I waited on hold for 12 minutes)…they stated that in order to get the Monthly reward, you have to hit the limit of the weekly reward first. So, you have to buy 4 bottles in 1 transaction to receive 2 $3+s (weekly reward) plus 4 $2 +s (monthly reward).
melissa says
So I could have gotten 4 for free? I wonder if I returned the two I bought and then bought 4 more what would happen? Plus, there’s a $1/3 coupon out there, but I thought someone said the limit was 1 on something. I’m confused.
Danelle says
The monthly +UP is limited to (2) $2 +UPs on the purchase of (2) A&H.
If what CS told Liz is correct (must reach weekly limit before monthly +UPs will print), when you purchase (4) A&H (in one or multiple transactions), you should receive (2) $3 for the weekly because the weekly+UP limit is on the purchase of 4 A&H and you should receive (2) $2 +UPs since the monthly+UP limit is on the purchase of 2 A&H. If this is correct, this will make each bottle $1 ($14 for 2 bottles – $10 +UPs).
I’m going to RA over lunch to pickup a prescription and I will see if this scenario will work!
melissa says
So the weekly limit is 2 and the monthly limit is 2? I’ll check back to see if this worked for you. Sounds like they ended it according to the update on this post, but who knows.
Danelle says
I wasn’t able to try the deal over lunch today as my store only had 1 bottle.
Heather says
I just did this deal and it did not work….I bought the liquid type and have not bought anything at Rite Aid in months so I did not use this deal before :( :( debating on returning them or not
melissa says
Didn’t work for me today in VA. And I did not buy any during Black Friday. I wonder if it would do any good to call customer service?
Pamela says
I did this today, followed every detail. Have not bought anything from Rite Aid in one month and it only printed a 3 up reward! Why didn’t it work?
Jillian says
Me too
Jen says
Well I just got back from Rite Aid and I bought the 2 for $7 and only got a $3 upr. I guess it’s still a decent deal because they end up being $2 each.
I have a question though…if I would have recieved the extra monthy $2 upr, wouldn’t I be paying $2? I guess I’m missing how this is free.
Victoria says
Augusta Ga, didn’t work here :/
CJ says
Do all the purchases have to be made in one transaction?
Liz says
which stores did this work at? just asking because it didnt work for me in harrisburg?
For the Mommas says
Liz, this was today in Reading PA.
Natalie
For the Mommas says
Hmm I am guessing Rite Aid turned the double dip off today. It worked in harrisburg this am.
Adele says
The bonus November Monthly Up is valid until 12/4 and only valid on the liquid type and not the pods/packs. If you did this deal over Black Friday then the extra $2 UP’s WILL NOT print however the weekly sale $3 UP will print WYB 2 detergents.
Sandy says
Bought 2 – worked great. Thx
Jay says
Bought the 2 bag of pods and none of the $2 ups monthly printed up. Is just for the liquid detergents?
Adele says
Yes- only for the liquid type of detergents. No bonus/double dip UP’s are printing on the pods/packs. You may want to try and return them for the liquid type to get the bonus $2 UP’s as long as you didn’t already take advantage of that deal in November/Black Friday ad.
Anonymous says
@ Erin maybe you already used the $2 up on Black Friday?? If so it wouldn’t work again for this deal.
heather says
What is a UPR? I don’t shop at rite aid much but love that detergent
Jenny says
UPR is a coupon for money off your next order
AK says
Just did this over lunch and it worked like a charm. Thanks
Erin says
I bought these yesterday and did not receive the $2 UP rewards. I bought 4 bottles.
For the Mommas says
Hmm, well you would receive 2 of the $2.00 UPR. Not sure why it wouldn’t work (see above UPR from our trip).
Heather M says
If you did the deal a couple of weeks ago when they worked out to be $0.25, then it wouldn’t work – it’s the same monthly UPR so it wouldn’t reprint.
Caquelito says
What is the limit on the UPRs? There’s a coupon for $1 off 3 laundry products at armandhammer.com
For the Mommas says
you can do the deal once.
