Rite Aid Anniversary Promo – Not Tracking Properly

   I called Customer Service yesterday and the representative told me they had a glich in the system and that my qualifying purchases that didn’t track on Sunday’s receipt should show up on my next receipt (she said by Thursday or Friday). I made a purchase yesterday morning and my items tracked with that purchase, just not my Sunday purchase. She also told me to hold onto my receipts and if my total doesn’t show up, I can call back and they will manually put them in. Hope this helps!

   I went today in NH after 4:00 pm and mine tracked no problem looks like its fixed. Or perhaps because I opted out of the load to the card.

   on Rite Aid’s facebook page, on their 50th anniversary promotion post, where people were complaining of the problems, they finally wrote the following:

   “Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. We have identified the problem and are quickly working to resolve it. Rest assured, we will be adjusting the points for those customer who made qualified purchases and loading any corresponding +UPs that were earned. We apologize for the inconvenience.”

   I shopped both yesterday and today, buying items that should track for the 50 year promotion, and it did NOT show on my receipt! I hope it gets fixed and will include my purchases from yesterday and today! Has anyone heard anything from Rite Aid?

   My receipt showed the UPs and what limits I have reached but did not give my total for promotion.

   Keri Lotion
   Act Mouth Rinse
   Clear Shampoo/Conditioner
   Stayfree
   Sensodyne Toothpaste

    I bought many stuffs that has $ sign on them and my total was over $100 but I did not get my $20 up. I hate it when that happen :(
