I’m pretty sure bucks can’t be used for gift cards, tobacco, prescriptions…and other things. It might be listed on the bucks printout, not sure.

As per the terms and conditions:
“2.eGift Cards
CVS/pharmacy eGift Cards are redeemable for food and merchandise at any CVS/pharmacy location.
CVS/pharmacy eGift Cards are available for purchase here.
No fees of any kind will be imposed on purchasers or recipients of eGift Cards. ”
I have bought them in the past and have used them for gift cards and for prescriptions.

“7.Limitations
You may not use an eGift Card to purchase other eGift Cards.
eGift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash, except to the extent required by law. Void if reloaded, resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash. Unused eGift Cards may not be transferred.”
It doesn’t say it excludes buying gift cards, only eGift cards.
