Your math is correct, buy 8 bottles, 47.92-27.96(4 BOGO 6.99 coupons)= payt 19.96 get 15.00 in ECBs, your total cost is 4.96, so you get 8 bottles of shampoo for .62 each. It is cheaper if you do 8 bottles instead of 6.

The ads are delivery in the mail in my area on Thursdays along with a redplum coupon book. Also, in PA, MD, there are two local papers, The Cecil Whig is a MD paper but I lived in the border of PA and MD, and The Record that are published on Friday and have the Sunday coupon books in them. I’m sure they have similar papers in other states.
The sale for the Pantene/Clairol/Head Shoulder is continuing on for this week also so you can still get the deal I mentioned above.

If anyone has the Pantene/Herbal Essences coupon BOGO free from tomorrow’s paper, there is an awesome deal at CVS that ends today. The big bottles of Pantene are 5.99 and when you buy 15.00, get 5.00 in ECB. They are part of the Clairol deal and you can do up to 7 deals. The tag says 1 per household but it goes up to 105.00. The big bottles of head and shoulders and clairol are also included in this deal. If you buy 6, it comes to 35.94, use 3 BOGO free coupon (it deducts 6.99 *3=20.97), pay 14.98, get 10.00 ECB. You are getting 6 big bottles of shampoo for .83 after the ECB. On the next transaction, you just need to buy 2 bottles to get the 5.00 ECB since you have 5.94 left over from the first transaction.
I did a number of these deals since I get tomorrow inserts on Friday. Some cashiers will override the automatic deduction of 6.99 and enter 5.99, it all depends on the zealousness of the cashier.

I would like to know how you get the ads early! I am interested in purchasing them too.

Are you including beauty club rewards? I did the math and could not get it to come out this cheap with 8 bottles of Pantene for 5.99 each. 8 bottles at 5.99 is47.92. Then you would get 15 ECBs and if the cashier left the $6.99 for the freebies, that would be 6.99 x 4 which is$27.96. I figured then the 8 bottles would be $4.96 total. Does that seem right? I also didn’t know the rational for 2 transactions. It’s a great deal but I tried to get it as cheap as you did. Thanks, Ruth for your help. :)
