I have been one busy lady with this Centrum deal and because my local stores sub comparable items to be able to use the Pro Nutrients coupons I scored some great deals. I could only get 5 of the Pro Nutrients, so I got 7 of the regular 100 ct. Centrum vitamins (4 Centrum Silver for my MIL, 2 Centrum Women, and 1 Centrum Men)

I got 12 boxes of Centrum products @ $9.99 each for a total of less than $18 which I paid for in ECB/gift cards and got $40 in gift cards :)

    Vitamin, anyone??

Current gift card balance total: $70 :)

  2. Holly says:

I got a raincheck today. I’m hoping they’ll have some back in stock next week. They still should be free with the $7 manf q and the $5 CVS qs? Since no store around here has any left.

  3. Erin says:

The $5 cvs Q printed again for me today!! So with my transactions yesterday and today I got 3 of the fruit and veggie centrums. Used 3 $7 man Qs and 2 $5 cvs Qs. Got them totally free plus $1 overage towards my other stuff AND the $10 gift card!!! Great deal!!!

  4. Ashleigh says:

Quick question- why wouldn’t you use 3 $5 CVS qs? For me at least & so far, they have been printing daily. Happy Couponing!

  6. Holly says:

I got a $5 off at the red box today.

  7. marie says:

Has anyone gotten another $5/1 today from the magic red box?

    • Angela says:

I got another one today, but I had to scan my card twice. My CVS is all out though (even though there is no sign!)

    • dawn says:

I just saw on another blog that it printed for someone two days in a row.

    • Nancy C says:

I got a coupon yesterday and another one today for the vitamins. I purchase two of the omega 50 ct and 3 12 pack of diet coke. Use 2 – $5 manf coupon, 2 – CVS $5 coupon and 1 CVS coke coupon. Paid $11, plus tax and got a $10 CVS gift card. Just love the deal!

  8. Holly says:

After checking 2 stores today that are completely out of all the kinds that go with this coupon – does anyone know if it’s any use trying later in the week? Do you think they’ll get any more in?

    • Tara says:

You could ask your local store when they stock. I go to two diffrent CVS stores when couponing (one is on the way to work and the other is on the way to church so it depends on the day, lol). One stocks in the beginning of the week and the other stocks at the end, like monday and friday or something. So if your store gets another shipment on Wed, you might be able to swing by then! HTH

  9. Amanda says:

When I went yesterday evening to CVS all of the vitamins (I got 2 fruit and veggie and 1 omega) rang up for $19.99 and $22.49 and did not print off a gift card. There were signs up saying it was part of the gift card deal (and was $9.99) but after mine didn’t ring up right I think the manager took down the signs. Don’t know if that was just an issue with that store. Did anybody else have this problem?

    • WeCoupon says:

Sounds like you got the 100 ct of the vitamins. Unfortunately, the sale is only for the 50 ct, and it does produce a giftcard. hth

    • Melissa says:

Because you bought the 100 count. Only the 50 count is on sale and included in the gift card deal.

  10. Michele says:

I went to my store and it did no have a sale sign for the pronutrients. And I searched the ad and could not find it. Do different stores have different ads? What page was it advertised on?

    • Erin says:

It was like 3 pages from the end of the ad. It’s listed in the print under a picture of a different bottle of centrum. My cvs didn’t have them marked on the shelf either but they rang up just fine!! And I got my gift card, no problem!!

  11. Angela says:

FYI, you can also print a $5 coupon from pronutrients.com which is good on any variety (the coupons.com one is only for fruit & veggie).

I was able to load the $4/$20 by logging onto my extracare account online. You can choose to send it to card or print it. I took my chances that it would be waiting at the magic machine!

    • Angela says:

So it was waiting for me, it triggered at the register. I scanned my card twice at the magic machine and I got the $4/$20 two more times! Now just to figure out two more great deals until 12/15. :)

      • abby says:

Wow, that’s awesome. I got a 4/20 i think last week or the week before. I was so excited because it’s been a loooooong time since I got one.

  12. dawn says:

I can’t see the whole coupon so I’m not sure if there are exclusions. If I scanned my card three days in a row could I get three of the same CVS coupons and use all of them in the same transaction?

    • Tara says:

I’m hoping it prints more then once!
As long as they are from your card you should be able to use them. Like you can’t scan your MIL and husbands and use all three on your card.

FYI- if you have and use the $7/1 you might get overage or you might get a cashier who refuses it because they won’t adjust it down. Don’t ask for overage (per corporate), but if they refuse to take any/all of your qs because it would create overage, I would politely ask if they will adjust it down to the pre-tax total (that’s my state’s law- you might be a lucky person who doesn’t have to pay tax on the whole bill before qs!). I’ve found as long as I am polite and following the rules, folks are fairly nice across the board.

I just read on another blog that the CVS $5 coupon did print for a person both yesterday and today. I only have one $7 manu. coupon but lots of $5 manu. coupons. My husband called me during his lunch hour to say that the probiotics aren’t included in the sale. Only the other two.

  13. Thanks, Shannon! $4/$20 scenario worked like a charm for me!

  14. Okay it worked….They were out of the Probiotic But I got the fruit and veggies….. Oh and the gift card :)

  15. @ Sheila…If they are out of something they should be able to give you a comprable item or a raincheck….CVS has pretty good customer service.I think the ad meant the gift cards……

  16. Sheila Swartz Helmuth via Facebook says:

Really, you can get a rain check for that? My ad said no rain checks.

  17. Jaime says:

I did this transaction before I saw the post. I shrieked in the store when the $5 Centrum store coupon printed at the machine. I got the $5 off $30 in my e-mail, plus 3 $5 off Centrum coupons. I wasn’t sure if the $29.97 would qualify, so I bought a Simply Asia bowl for $2. I still had $18 in ECB from rolling over since Thanksgiving shopping, so I used a $6 ECB I had to pay $0.97 OOP, and I got a $10 American Express Gift Card. It’s unbelievable how many Christmas presents I’ve gotten for next to nothing this year. I may return again to see what else I can do for another $10 GC. :-) There were only 1 of the Veggie version and 4 of the Omega left when I got to that store (which is one I never go to, it was just closer to church this morning). I’ve got 2 more CVS a mile each way from my house, so I think I’ll hit them up later.

  18. Chrys says:

I never get coupons in my email. I always seem to get lots of emails from them about online sales. Though when I try to sign up by giving my email for the in store coupon, it says my email is already on file. Any suggestions (or is it not clear in emails and I may be overlooking?) I thought about deactivating my account and starting over, but would prefer not to.

    • Daphyn says:

I had signed up years ago but wasn’t receiving the coupon e-mails. I contacted customer service last year via the contact info on the CVS site and explained the situation. They fixed something in their system and I’ve been receiving the coupon e-mails every since.

    • Crista says:

Chrys—I never get the coupons emailed to me, either. However, when I log on to my account on cvs.com, there are usually coupons there for me to print or send to my card. Good luck!

  19. Sheila Swartz Helmuth – get a raincheck too!

    • Melissa says:

The manager at my store said that the rain check is only good for the $9.99 price, NOT for the gift card offer also. And check your CVS coupon machine coupons…they expire at the end of this week. Makes it not such a good deal.

  20. Lindsey says:

We just got back from CVS. Bought 3 boxes and a bag of combos. I had $5 off $30, (3) $7 off, (1) $5 off CVS coupon, paid OOP $.97!! Got back $2 ECB for the combos and $10 gift card! LOVE IT!!

  21. joy h says:

Out again at my CVS. The lady told me that 2 ladies bought all 30 boxes this morning. I tried. :(

    • Shannon says:

      UGH! Really Joy.!

    • Tara says:

That sucks! I didn’t even try because I saw 2 cars in the parking lot when I got there so I knew they’d be all gone. Oh well, not that big of a deal.

    • Tara says:

They must have had about five cards each, which last I checked, is NOT allowed… :( Some people just amaze me. The deals come around again. Or they could have gone to Target and RA and CVS, and done one transaction each if they need that many vitamins. Hopefully these will end up in someone’s stocking who really needs it…

      • Erin says:

Actually you can do 5 gift card deals per week with one card. But still pretty crazy to get that many vitamins and not leave some for everyone else!

  22. Sheila Swartz Helmuth via Facebook says:

Grrr. Just went there to get some and some shelf cleaners had already hit every store in town this morning. Please people, how many do you need? Could you leave some for everybody else to get? Sorry, had to rant. Thank you.

  23. Holly says:

There are 3 Centrum coupons. Does anyone know which kinds are included? I’m guessing shelves will be cleared till I get there tomorrow.

  24. Grace says:

Do you get a CVS gift card back?

  25. COOOOOOl…..Thanks…. :) Gonna give it a whirl

  26. Mary says:

    Ok I got a 5/$30.

  27. Denise, no it triggers gift card at CVS at $29.97 -

    • Melissa says:

Mine triggered at 29.96! Here’s what I did, because I was in need of paper products, and it’s hard to find a good deal on them:

      Buy 2 Scott Bathroom Tissue @ 7.49 each= 14.98
      Buy 1 Scott Paper Towels @ 4.99
      Buy 1 Centrum Pro Nutrients @ 9.99
      Total before coupons= 29.96

Use (1) $7 Centrum coupon, use (1) $5 Centrum CVS coupon, use (2) $1.50 Scott Toilet Paper coupons, use (1) $1 Scott Paper Towels coupon, use (1) $4/$20 CVS coupon

      Total= $9.96, get $10 Gift Card

  28. If you are just buying 3 of the vitamins the total comes to $29.97 but you have to spend $30.00 to get the $10.00 gift card so I think you also need another item that goes towards the gift card… cents ugh….I think anyway

  29. Limerick says:

Yeah, I did this earlier! I was expecting a $5 MM, but I was so surprised when the Magic Coupon Machine spit out a $5 coupon too! The cashier commented, “We basically paid you to shop today,” and I was like, “Yeah, the stars definitely aligned on this one!”

  30. Brad says:

How does the overage work? Can I ring up any item less than 6 dollars and it will be free?

  31. Isabel says:

Mary, register your card online and cvs sends out though coupons via email. Well worth signing up.

  32. Mary says:

Where does everyone get the $4/$20. coupon?
