Just a quick update on the Advil Rebate in today’s Red Plum. I just wanted to point out that this rebate says – “rebate is limited to actual purchase price”. Please take this into consideration when doing your deals. Your reimbursement will be the price after coupons. This will be free after rebate at many stores, without the use of coupons. You can always use the coupon to lower the OOP.
If you purchase this on a separate receipt and use any store rewards (ECB, UPR or RR), they may only reimburse you for the amount of the receipt.

If we purchase other items and use UPRs’ and manf. coupons, will they still only give the total of the receipt? How do they know what we really paid when the coupons aren’t attached to specific items?

by the time I spend cutting/printing coupon for the item, the gas to go get it just for the rebate deal thinking i am getting a great deal? and then printing the form since it wasn’t in my paper! It is not worth it! I may just return it all together then they can pay the store and take the product back! HA!
