I did the live chat thing, and told the rep that I my credit wasn't in my account. She had me complete the purchase and then she refunded $10 back to my credit card. Mine didn't cost $1.99 though, it was only $1.49. :) As for the free coasters, it only showed up in my account as 1 (ONE) free coaster. I signed up but the $10 credit didn’t show up in my account.
