Rite Aid: Zegerid Rebate Update & More

June 22, 2010

So I went to Rite Aid today to purchase the Zegerid for the rebate.

Some of you were indicating that you were having a hard time finding it in store, but it is there.  I ran into a little problem using my Wellness card, because it took off 20% and I forgot all about it. So I am thinking I a going to have to plan my transactions around when to use the Wellness card.

Here are couple quick updates:

1. I bought 2 Colgate to test out the theory that people were getting 2 up rewards for the same item. This did not work for me.

2. Some people are suggesting that the SCRs for Pantene and Clariol are not really exclusive. I bought a Clariol on a separate receipt and will be testing that theory with a friends account. More to follow.

New deals:

I didn’t get my +Up Rewards on my fifth transaction (third store). The manager gave me a $5.00 giftcard ($3.00 motrin + $2.00 colgate). I have heard of people making 10+ purchases and getting a +Up Rewards every time. So, it doesn’t seem like there is a limit, but that’s what I though too when mine didn’t print on the fifth time.

If I buy 2 of the Motrins, should I do them in seperate transactions? I would like to do them in one so that I get closer to my $20, but want both of my $3 UP rewards.

    Thanks. Jennifer

We like the mozarella stick ones. They are basically like a cheese puff without the cheese flavoring. (it has some flavor just not the cheesy one)

  4. I received the email for the Nice n Easy and not the Pantene BUT I did earn both rebates!! I did go through the link on my email for both rebates.

We just tried the TGI Cheddar and Bacon ones – I actually like them! I can’t vouch for the rest though, because we haven’t opened the bags yet (I got 2 of one and I believe one each of the other two). I feel they’re not very salty, not that it’s bad, and they’re similar to a baked chip. I made my boyfriend try them first because I was a little skeptical. ;) Lol..

  6. Grace says:

I got one free and tried it. I like it after the first use, but I hope it works as good with everyuse.

I am in the detroit metro area and the Finish Quantimatic was not half price….I had the cashier scan it. Think someone else had her do it too cuz there was another one stiing behind her register. Bummer cuz I wanted to try it.

  8. Anon says:

Did you try to do 2 colgate in one transaction or you did them in two different transactions and it didn’t work?

  9. Grace says:

I got the toothbrush and my UP Reward did not print either. :( I will be calling corporate tomorrow. I am trying to save up some UP Rewards to get a cooler this week for 25%off.

  10. Marci says:

    Yes, they definitely did.

      @Marci,

hmm that is odd. I havent done 4 yet, just three.I do know that you only get so many of the $1/$10 coupons – maybe there is a problem the pantene?

  11. Irene says:

Is the Finish Quantumatic in the long ad? I was at Rite Aid yesterday and it was not tagged in my store that it was half off.

    thanks!

  12. Marci says:

does anyone know if there are limits to how many times you can do up rewards? i did a fourth transaction, and i didn’t receive anything. no wellness coupons, no up rewards. i didn’t realize it until i got home though. however, this transaction was the first time i did the pantene offer.
