The only coupons I could find in my stash for Bounty and Charmin are $1/1. The Bounty is save $1.00 on any 6 roll ct towels or larger and the Charmin is save $1.00 on any one. Would these coupons still work with the deal?

Nope you can use it on anything! I typically use it on meat or produce.

Not sure what I did wrong here, but I was just at Genuardi’s in Chalfont/Montgomeryville. My receipt says 16.99 reg price for the bounty and 15.99 reg price for the charmin. Then is says Card Savings for Bounty is 7.00 and savings for charmin is 6.00. so total price was 20.58 and then i got the $10 catalina so it was like $10.58. Still an awesome deal
as I was in dire need of TP. I thought perhaps I didn’t load the P&G coupons on my card correctly, but I have no idea.

Based on your math, you are missing the $8 from the P&G coupons.
Well, I didn’t have the inserts with me, but i did use my club card so i don’t know what gives. Darn it! It says that my q’s are loaded on my card, is there a time delay?
I loaded the P&G on my card, gave it a couple hours and headed out to the store. The coupons did not come off. I paid $18.98 and got a $10 catalina. I came back home and looked at the P&G website and it said underneath each coupon – waiting to be verified by the manufacturer. So my guess is I didn’t give it enough time to process.

It looks like some people are not getting them credited immediately and that its taking some time for them to update to their cards.
It ended up working out ok because I went over to customer service and they were confused too. And we ended up refunding it completely and repurchasing it, and she let me have both $10 catalinas. So even though I paid the $18, I got $20 in catalinas.

I talked to someone at the P&Gesavers and they said they’d had a system failure earlier today and their computers are running to catch up with all the coupons and applications, not sure what that will mean for the folks whose coupons didn’t go through. Also talked to the local (New Jersey) Genuardi’s and they said the sale is running through 3/4.
I went right after I loaded the coupons and my PG coupons didn’t come off either. I checked just now (hours later) and the PG site still says the store is authorizing the coupon.
I was hoping if they went through I could go back and return the items and have the other coupons applied. It IS still a good deal…I paid $7 something after the catalina. But I’d really rather have had it for $1 something.
Samantha — Did you just take the print off of the website showing it verifying??? Or how did you do it?
Do you know if the catalina rolls? I have $10 that I got last week from doing the PG deal and wanted to use it. Can I use it for this or will it keep me from getting another one?

The P&G coupons came off but I didn’t get a catalina. The regular price is showing $15.99 and $16.99 but in the total column it shows $9.99 each instead of taking $6 off the total at the bottom. Is there a number of somewhere to call? Thanks!
I had this problem to and it was not about the zip code (even though that is what is says!), it was because my Safeway card wasn’t saved properly. If you go back and put your card info in again the coupons might show up for you, like they did for me!

I checked today and they are all loaded and say “ready to be redeemed.” Would have been nice to have them available yesterday though! Am thinking I might try to contact P&G and see if they will do some kind of rebate/adjustment since their computer systems were running slow and all…

I never did get the coupons deducted. The customer service person at Genuardi’s was nice enough to allow me to have the 2nd $10 catalina that printed from us trying to get the coupons to work.
I contacted P&G esaver to find out why my coupons were not applied and this is part of the response I received:
“We apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced with redeeming coupons while using your shopper card.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we improve our online service; in order to please you, we would like to send you a Customer Service Coupon in the amount that was not redeemed from your P&G eSaver shopper card.”
