I’d just like to comment as well that Dell’s “Partition” idea won’t save your work if you spill on the hard drive. You’ll just have a hard drive with 2 damaged partitions. If something is important and you need a backup, be sure to put it on an external hard drive or usb drive.

I love ALL the colors but Lotus pink is my absolutely favorite. We would be SO blessed to win this. My 3 year old son was hospitalized last year and part of this year with a life threatening chronic blood disorder. (aplastic anemia) It was really hard being in the hospital not being able to update friends and family. I REALLY wish I had a laptop at the time to update our prayer requests and blog. This would be SUCH a huge blessing to us, most especially if we need to be hospitalized again in the future! There is no possible way we can afford one right now! Thanks, Alida w5

I think I’m confused? Do I view the Dell website to view to laptops, but then respond here to enter the sweepstakes? If so, I’m entering for my child to win the blue one.
My step sons would get ahold of school work done with a RED DELL. It would help out alot also because our home computer is a dell, but it is way slow! We have to wait a hour to have it start up then another hour for it to get the internet started! So its like an all day thing when the boys need to look stuff up for school.

I love Dell! I have a beautiful little 11 year old who has many challenges in life, but she is incredibly bright, beautiful, funny and full of life. My daughter would love the peacock blue. Her current laptop is 7yrs old and is long overdue for replacement. The screen separates from the keyboard (kinda like a desktop =/) and she doesn’t close it because you can’t imagine how tricky it is to realign the screen to the keyboard each time. Perfectly normal, I tell her =)
