I told you earlier last year that I gave up my gym membership to save some money. I decided to give up all my dignity and let Jillian Michaels kick my butt. It was not a pretty sight.
So if you can’t afford a gym membership, maybe an $8.00 Fitness DVD will get you started.

I was at Walmart the other day, earlier this week. I bought a Biggest Loser Dvd for 9.00. It didn’t have a tag saying that was rollback so I’m assuming thats regular price. If you only want 1 dvd, that might be the way to go, as it’s close to the price of some of the dvds on amazon. I bought Power Sculpt and it is 8.99 on Amazon.
We are on a tight budget and a gym membership is out of the question! Instead I have been using my wii fit and your shape to get my butt kicking in! Also I have a class one day a week and I use the school’s gym because it’s free!
