   I also have problems along with many other fellow couponers. I have
   contacted them and done everything they suggest and nothing. When
   i contact them again they ignore me.
   I have had IT specialists look at it and
   Nothing. Please share if u figure it out.

   Hey Shannon,

   I was trying to print these to pick up some stuffing to donate to my local food bank and for some reason they will not print. I had the same issue with the Smuckers coupon and I tried to print in Firefox and IE. Do you know if they have been having technical issues lately? As always thank you for all you do and Happy Thanksgiving.

     Hi Melissa,

     I seem to have the best luck in Google Chrome or Safari. I uninstalled the coupon.com printer app and then reinstalled. Give that a try and maybe try Chrome.

     I wish I could be more helpful, but it seems to be hit or miss.
