My giant accused me of coupon fraud using this on a trial size and the coupon did not mention that at all. She also called me a fraudster.

I went to 2 giants last time the $1 coupon was available, and neither would take them.. saying because it would be free after $1 off. I checked their coupon policy, and it does state they won’t take a coupon for more than the cost of an item, so if you do get to use it consider yourself lucky!

Just went to a different Giant & I was given a hard time again. I had 3 different types of coupons and they at first would only accept 1 of each type & then after talking to the store manager they decided to accept a total of 4 of each type of coupon.

He even mentioned that reproduction was prohibited I then told him they weren’t photocopied they all have unique numbers. Goes to show you, even the managers are coupon dumb.

Does anyone else’s Giant give them trouble doing this?
What do you do in these situations besides point out that it’s not what they’re saying?

Mine came up with all kinds of stuff like…
they don’t take free internet coupons even though I pointed out it’s not free it’s $1.50 off
the coupon is for a box of guacamoli not a single pack – even though I pointed out no size restrictions.
