    yes they do. they will not accept a coupon that’s more than the cost of the item. so if its $1.25/2 then it’s still 38 cents per item. but if it was $1.25 of 1 item they will not give you overage

    Dollar Tree does NOT accept ANY coupons over $1.00!!
