I just received a call from Dana from Kelloggs. She was very helpful and apologetic for the problems. Rebates are being processed through the original post office box and if you have to resubmit your rebate because it was rejected, they will include a coupon for a free product along with your rebate. Please call the 800 number on the Kelloggs website if you are having any problems. The Kelloggs company is very responsive to this problem and are trying to make it right with everyone.

Well thats just great. I guess I spent $3 and a stamp on something I didnt even like. Kelloggs is getting a nasty email from me and I’ll be boycotting their products.
I called their customer service number and they gave me a new address to re-send my rebate to. Then of course after I sent it, a rep posted on their Facebook page that the original P.O. box address should be working now so rebates can still be sent there. I’d suggest calling the customer service number on Kelloggs website and see what they tell you.
Keebler Rebate Scam
Keebler (owned by Kellogg) is offering a rebate for its Right Bites White Fudge Dipped Pretzels (rebate is on the box and on their website) but has closed the post office box so you can’t collect. (of course you don’t find this out until AFTER you buy the product and submit the rabate.) When you complain, they send another address and a $1.00 coupon so you’ll buy MORE of their products!! Worst blatant customer scam I’ve ever seen!!!!!!!
I tried mailing this rebate in to the address on theh form and it was sent back twice saying not deliverable as addressed? sent it to PO Box 7232 Kalamazoo, MI 49003-7232.
