no you would need to pick one or the other.
FYI, the 20% off coupon from the newspaper doesn’t usually work on ExtraBuck items. The one from your email (if you received one) does, however.

If you use the 25% off you need a filler or you’ll be under $20
I only had 2 $2/1 coupons and 1 $2/2 coupon and was able to use the 25% coupon. Mine was $9.79 each and my total was $23 something before tax
