Right now, the 24 Ct of Cottonelle Clean Care Double Rolls Toilet Paper with Soft Ripples is $13.97 at Walmart, meaning it would only be $12.97 or $.54 a roll.

    Even better Cottonelle deal at Kmart this week. 12 roll packs are on sale for $4.99. when you buy 3 you save $3 instantly (with your Shop Your Way Rewards Card). Combine that with the $1 off any 2 four packs or 1 nine pack or larger. Use 3 of those coupons. Total OOP is $8.97 or $0.25 per roll. If your order totals $25 or more between HBA and food they will double up to five $1.00 coupons. I got my Cottonelle for $0.17 a roll today after the doubled coupons.
