Brussel sprouts are not the easiest veggie to eat.
They are however, packed with nutrients. Here is a quick way to make them more tasty!
Clean the Brussel Sprouts. They can sometimes be very dirty. Make sure you clean them so that they are not gritty.
Cut the ends of the sprouts. (sorry about my blurry picture, I have no idea what I was doing there. I guess holding a knife and a camera doesn’t work well)
Coat the brussel sprouts with olive oil, kosher salt and pepper. ( I like to use kosher salt, you can use any.)
Cook brussels sprouts on 400 degree heat for 30 minutes or until browned.
