Monday - Easy Crock Pot Chili
This is a great easy to mae meal, just dump everything in the crock pock and go. This is our first day back to school, so it will be a busy night. You can see this recipe and pictures here.
Tuesday – Oven Roasted Chicken Breast, Green Beans and Red Bliss Potatoes
Good old fashioned meat, potato and veggie meal!
Wednesday- Grilled Ham Steak Kabobs with Peach Slaw
This doesn’t sound as good as it is. You have to try this for something different!
Thursday – Spaghetti with Italian Sausage and Garlic Bread
I have a meeting on Thursday, the husband will be in charge of dinner!
Friday – Steak Sandwiches and French Fries
These are very easy to prepare and make for an easy Friday night dinner.
Saturday & Sunday – We usually eat leftovers and do dinner out one night!

I love french fries but always feel so unhealthy while eating them lol

Here is how you can get around that.
We make them in the oven and they are real potatoes. Cut potatoes in to strips, brush with olive oil and sea salt mixture (not alot but enough to coat lightly.) Bake them in the oven. French fries without all the guilt!
Just curious on the chili recipe… do you brown the meat first, or throw it in raw? I’d be THRILLED if I have finally stumbled across a recipe that doesn’t require me to cook the meat first.

No precooking the meat! The meat sorta crumbles, I can’t explain it but it is not big chunks of beef, which I prefer.
