I wanted to make a quick and easy meal.
I threw a pot roast in the crockpot with a can of cream of mushroom soup and 1 cup of of beef broth. I let the roast simmer in the crockpot all day.
I sliced some potatoes with my favorite slicer from Pampered Chef.
I fried the potatoes in oil until they were golden brown.
I made my super secret gravy recipe. I used the mushroom soup drippings from the pot roast and Wondra.
Yes, Wondra. I cheat.
The key to Wondra is to get all the lumps out before you add the drippings.
Add the drippings and stir. Those are not lumps, they are mushrooms from the soup!
