I had the opportunity to stalk meet Stephanie O’Dea and her sweet hubby this summer. Can I just tell you they are both as sweet as PIE.
She was so gracious, there she was with her husband and I just kept butting in. I LOVE LOVE LOVE her blog, yes that many loves.
I read her blog, anxiously awaiting the next recipe for the slow cooker. (You all know my infatuation with kitchen appliances).

I love her blog too! And I am always buying slow cooker (the UK way of saying crockpot) recipes! I love throwing everything together in the morning and having it ready for dinner.

We call it crockpot too.
However, crockpot is a brand and I believe they asked Stephanie not to call it that when she wrote the book.
Her blog used to be called Crock Pot Cooking!
