I’ve heard that so many people have problems with Alfredo Sauce.
I find alfredo to be one of the easiest sauces to make. I don’t even use fresh cheese – too much work for me!
This is a 10 minute sauce that is delish. It is also very economical to make.
The Victims:
- 3/4 Stick of Butter
- 8 fl oz Heavy Whipping Cream
- 2 cloves of garlic pressed
- 1 1/2 Cup of Italian Finely Shredded Cheese (mozzarella, provolone, parmesan, romano, fontina & asiago – I use the Great Value brand from Walmart)
- 1 tbs. Parsley
- Salt & Pepper to Taste
Melt Butter in pan. Add Garlic.
Add cheese in SLOWLY, 1/4 cup at a time. Stir frequently.
Add in parsley and stir. Add pepper and salt to taste. Serve immediately! I mixed in penne, chicken and broccoli.

Glad you liked! It is sooo easy to make tasty food. I hate when people make it complicated! I hope you find my recipes easy to follow — I also like to leave a little room for user error!
