I find the best way to save the most is to combine my coupons with price matching. I generally use just walmart to shop because of the fact they price match pretty much any store in the area as well as they will honor the b1g1 free as well if there is a specific price on the product. The only time I dont use walmart is if its more rewarding to go to walgreens,cvs,because they give you the rewards back and I love target as well because you can use more than one coupon on an item. Walmart will price match any store brand as well with their store brand so it comes in handy especially with milk because kroger has the awesome 2/$5 milk on occasion.
I recently started having issues with Walmart providing price match on items. Kroger sale items are not matched at my Walmart because the ad says “with card”. That’s a croc if I ever heard it. The policy clearly states that they match any competitors advertised price. I am not shopping at Walmart if they do not provide the price match.
I price match the store label of milk all the time with their milk, yet it says they won’t price match competitor’s brand. I didn’t know that! Wonder why they are doing that.
