How to Make Homemade Peeps
I must confess, I am not really a fan of marshmallows, and I really don’t like Peeps. I know, I know such blasphemy! With Easter around the corner, I thought it would be interesting to try and make Homemade Peeps. Evan loves Peeps, so I think we will be trying them.

These are so cute!
I don’t do Peeps, or marshmallow anything, because I’m a vegetarian. If I could do these with veggie marshmallow, I’d give it a try, since I haven’t eaten them in forever.
BTW, if you don’t know why vegetarians don’t eat marshmallow, you’re better off not knowing.
my husband brought me home a chocolate covered peep and it was awesome..nothing like a normal peep it was just a soft marshmellow inside.
I highly dislike Peeps also and I’m from the Lehigh Valley…argh! But, my kids like them. Not enough for me to buy more than one small package of them for their baskets, but they like them.

LOL Heather. I hate peeps too. they just feel gross in my mouth. Evan loves them, but I cannot even stand the look at them.
My whole family practically works at Just Born in Bethlehem Pa. That’s where peeps along with mike n Ike and many other yummy candys are made. Free peeps for us :)

I never thought to make peeps but I made marshmallows for the first time last Christmas and they were very easy. I’m going to give them a try!
